Demands, expectations and requirements in modern food are continuously rising, and our customers expect that Tican always live up to top standards and norms for food safety and quality assurance.
Tican has, of course, made that all the time, but to further increase the visibility of their importance, it is decided that the quality and laboratory manager Gitte Pedersen and her department for the future refers directly to the managing director.
This is to ensure a clear and visible independence between the production departments and the function of the laboratory.
